Ascertaining the Value of Truth

Perspective: 1. a mental view or prospect 2. a visible scene 3. the interrelation in which a subject or its parts are mentally viewed 4. the capacity to view things in their true relations or relative importance 5. the appearance to the eye of objects in respect to their relative distance and positions (Definition by Merriam-Webster)

What determines what is real from false? Is it simply a perspective majority? The mind is susceptible to individualized perspective, so how is one to ascertain truth from falsity? Can a dichotomy of truth exist? Pure truth, from a human’s invention, is quite possibly a myth. Purity is only found in divine truth. So what is the value of perceived truth? Is the value determined by the sum of those who believe in it? If that is the case, then it is entirely possible for a falsity to carry higher value than a truth! Now consider the demeaned value of pure and divine truth, diminished by a higher perceived belief in falsity! Therefore, I again question what is the true value of perceived truth? Life is so muddled and surreal! False “truths,” pushed by the masses with witting or even unwitting contempt for the divine, encourage increasing depravity! Blind, clueless, and apathetic followers, infected by falsities and bastardized truths, condemn the divine and those seeking to unveil truth and indoctrinate a lost society.
